Programme Certificate
To successfully complete the programme, participants will be evaluated through a combination of written examinations, assignments, and class participation, with a minimum attendance requirement of 75%. The passing criteria require a minimum of 50% in each individual course as well as 50% overall. Participants who do not achieve 50% in any individual course will be required to take a re-examination.

Note: A graduation (valedictory) ceremony will be conducted at the XLRI NCR campus towards the end of the programme. Participants opting for on-campus accommodation will be charged approximately INR 2,500 plus GST per day, payable directly to XLRI.
